GITAM GAT Counselling 2021

GITAM GAT counselling 2021 is going to be held in the month of May, 2021 for all those applicants who are marked as qualified in the test. GITAM Admission Test (GAT) will be held in April 2021 by GITAM University. Candidates have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks for getting qualified in the test.

Based on candidates’ achieved marks in the exam, their counselling date & time will be intimated by the admission authority. Candidates must attend the counselling procedure without any fail.

Before appearing in counselling process, candidates need to download their counselling letter and pay the requisite amount Rs. 1000/-.

Counselling Venue

GITAM GAT counselling process is going to be held at following centres:

• GITAM University (Visakhapatnam campus)
• GITAM University (Hyderabad campus)
• GITAM University (Bangalore campus)
• Vijayawada
• Hyderabad City
• Tirupathi
• Bangalore City

All qualified candidates must appear for counselling process in person without any fail. Failing to attend the counselling process will lead to cancellation of candidature of that particular candidate. Candidates will be required to submit requisite original documents for verification.

Direct Admission Facility for Board Toppers

If you are a first rank holder of state or central educational board in 10+2 or its equivalent exam then you can get direct admission to your choice of programme without appearing in GITAM GAT 2021.

List of Documents Required for Verification

Following listed documents will be required for verification purpose:

• Class X passing certificate;
• Class XII or Intermediate passing certificate and mark sheet;
• Counselling call latter;
• Study, Transfer and Conduct Certificates;
• Integrated community certificate for SC/ST category candidates, if applicable;
• Medical certificate for Physically handicapped category candidates;
• Residence certificate for minimum period of 5 years obtained from the related authority.
