GITAM GAT Application Form: Instructions to Apply

GITAM GAT Application Form (Released): GITAM Admission Test (GAT) is conducted by GITAM University for aspirants seeking admission to undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in engineering, architecture and pharmacy programmes. The exam is going to be held on 11 to 15 April 2022. If you are willing to apply for GITAM GAT 2022 then you need to register yourself for the exam. Applications of candidates must be submitted before the given deadline (to be announced) and it won’t be accepted afterward.

How to Fill Up Application Form Online?

Candidates need to follow below-mentioned steps while applying for GITAM GAT:

Step 1: Fill up your personal Information

This is the first part of your application where you’ll be asked to enter your personal details for example your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, exam centre preferences etc. Each field of the application form should be filled by candidates very carefully and without committing any sort of errors. After entering all required inputs candidates will be moved to the ‘Declaration’ part where candidates need to click the ‘I Agree’ button.

After completion of the first part of application, an application number will be generated which will be used further for filling the remaining part of the application form.

Step 2: Upload photograph

The second step includes uploading digital image of candidate’s photograph according to the specification mentioned below:

• Your photograph should not be taken before three months.
• The image should be in JPEG format.
• Taking about the size of photograph should not be more than 50 KB. The minimum size of the photograph should be 4 KB.
• Height and width parameters of the photograph should be 4cm x 4cm.

Step 3: Payment of Requisite Application Fee

The last step is making payment of registration fee which is Rs. Rs.1,000/- for male candidates and Rs.600/- for female ones. Candidates have two options for making payment of fee; either they can pay with NET banking options or demand draft. Please keep in mind that the demand draft should be in favour of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.

How to Submit Form Offline?

In offline mode, candidates can either purchase the form from particular branches of Indian bank, the Karur Vyasa bank or the United Bank of India. Candidate can also obtain the form via post from the official address of the University.

Candidates need to send the postal request along with demand draft of Rs.150/- in favour of GITAM university payable at Visakhapatnam. Request of application via post will not be entertained by the given deadline.
