Candidates who have submitted the application form online and attended entrance test on the scheduled date they will be eligible to check their result in the month of June 2021. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will announce result of candidates at its official website. We’ll provide you direct link here soon after the same gets uploaded at official website.

How to Check My EVETS Result 2021?

• Candidates need to visit the official website of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board i.e. http://wbjeeb.in/.
• Go to the examination section and click the dedicated link of EVETS result.
• Now candidates need to fill up their user name and password as per the necessity.
• Thereafter, click the Submit/View button.
• After submission of the required details, your result will appear on the screen.
• Take a printout of your result for future references.

Please Keep in Mind: The University won’t communicate to students regarding their result individually.

Tie Breaking Rule Applicable

If two or more candidates have secured the similar position in the merit list then following rules would be applicable in order to remove the collision.

• Candidates who secured minimum negative marks in all the three sections will be given priority.
• Candidates who secured more marks in Chemistry and Biology will be given next priority.
• Candidates who secured more marks in Physics and Biology will be given priority thereafter.
• Candidates who secured less negative marking in Chemistry and Biology are the next.
• Candidates who secured less negative marking in Physics and Biology are the next.
• If still tie persists then candidate older in age will be given priority.

WBJEEB will prepare and release separate General Merit Rank (GMR). Please make a note that category ranks are different than general merit rank. Based on the merit list released by the authority, candidates are to be called for the counselling process.

Crucial Points to be Noted

Have a look at the following points:

• The Board is not liable to inform candidates individually regarding their result. The board will not even accept a request for scrutiny or review.
• The authority will publish result in the form of rank card. It will be available to view and download at the official website of WBJEEB.
• Candidates have to login to their account by visiting the official portal of WBJEEB to view/download their respective result.
• Please keep your rank card in a safe place till the admission process ends. No duplicate rank will be issued once the timeline is over.
• The cutoff score will be decided by the concerned authority. Candidates who secure equal or more marks will be called for the counselling process.
