About Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra

Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) was founded in 1973 as a private institute.Param Guru HuzurMehtaJiMaharajlaid the foundation of the Institute and later it got the status of the deemed university. The institute has also got the recognition from the Ministry of Education and Culture and Government of UP. The Institute also started to offer various courses through the Distance Education since 2004. The distance education programmers were started just to extend the benefits of its high-quality education to all sections of society, to the weaker communities and to the women residing in remote and backwards places.

Dayalbagh Educational Institute campus

DEI campus is situated at Dayalbagh in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The institute which has got the status of the deemed University is 2 km away from the main Agra city. The campus is well-connected to the road, rail and airways network. The Institute’s campus is eco-friendly as it is a 100% solar powered campus where there is a ban on the use of plastic carry bags within the campus and the motorised vehicle in the premises.
