D.Y. Patil AIPGMET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The university has announced following set of eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by aspirants looking to apply for AIPGMET exam:

• Candidates should be having Nationality certificate or valid passport in order to apply for this test.
• Candidates should have MBBS qualification from a recognized medical college. Along with that they should be having a valid registration certificate from state or central MCI obtained after completion of one year obligatory rotating internship.
• Candidates, whose one year obligatory rotating internship is likely to be completed by 31^st March, 2017 are also eligible to apply. However in such cases candidates will be instructed to submit documentary evidence from the Principal/Dean of the respective college.
• NRI/PIO/FN category candidate who have obtained MBBS degree from outside of India can apply for the test, subject to produce registration certificate from Medical Council of India. Such category of students is not required to appear for the test, their admission will be based on inter-se merit as prescribed by admission committee.

Information brochure containing blank application form can be obtained from the University Office with the payment of Rs. 1500/- either in the form of demand draft or cash. In case you are comfortable to pay in terms of DD then you need to obtain the draft in favour of “The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune”, payable at Pune. The draft should be drawn from any Scheduled/Nationalized bank.

Important Instructions to Fill Up and Submit the Application Form

• Application form should be filled by candidates through their own handwriting.
• Examination fee: Rs.2,000/- and Rs. Rs.2,500/- for late submission of application. Mentioned amount needs to be paid by candidates through demand draft. The draft should be obtained by candidates in favour of “The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune”, payable at Pune.
• Candidates are also required to paste one photograph taken without goggles or cap on the application form.

Admit Card Availability Information

Admit card will be uploaded on the official portal of Vidyapeeth one week prior to the exam. Necessary information required at the time of downloading the admit card are form number and date of birth.

Admission Procedure and Fee Structure

In order to qualify the AIPGMET test and become eligible for admission to the respective course, candidates are essentially required to obtain minimum 50% or more marks in the test. Talking about the fee structure of the institute is prescribed as below:

*The mentioned annual fee gets increased by 3% every year.

The result and merit list both will be uploaded at the official portal of Vidyapeeth only. Official website to view you result is www.dpu.edu.in. There is no any provision of rechecking/revaluation of answer sheets and authentication of marks available.

Counselling Info

A limited number of students whose names are in the merit list will be called for counselling procedure. At the time of counselling, candidates will be asked to produce original certificates.
