UP CPAT Application Form 2021: All UP CPAT aspirants should be aware with actual process of applying for the exam in order to avoid cancellation of their application. Application form, not submitted in the prescribed format, is liable to be rejected by the exam conducting authority. Learn here the actual process of applying for UP CPAT 2021 and follow the same during submission of your application.

Eligibility Criteria to Appear in UP CPAT

We have specified below the minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in UP CPAT. All candidates have to meet the criteria before they apply for the entrance test. As the application form of UP CPAT 2021 may be available soon, so it is essential for candidates to verify their eligibility for the exam.

    • Age Criteria: If you belong to General or OBC category then your age should be in between 17 to 25 years. Candidates of SC/ST category can get relaxation in age by 5 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed the class 12th examination with Science or its equivalent.

Documents Required for the Form Submission

    • Valid and working Email ID
    • Active Mobile Number: Your mobile number must be active as the relevant information regarding the admission would be shared through this only.
    • Alternate Mobile Number: It would be more preferable if you insert your parent’s number;
    • Photo: Upload the photograph in JPEG format. The maximum size of the photograph should be 500 KB;
    • Scanned Signature: You need to upload your signature of maximum 20 KB in size.
    • Scanned Right Thumb impression: The image should be in jpeg format of maximum 20 KB;
    • High School, Intermediate Mark sheet.
    • Aadhar Card
    • Photo ID proof:  Any One from Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport  (
    • Caste Certificate, if applicable;
    • Income Certificate, if applicable;

Instructions to Apply for UP CPAT

  • In order to apply for UP CPAT, candidates will be first required to go to the official website of the exam conducting authority.
  • For applying online, you must have an internet-enabled computer system and scanned copy of your photograph, signature and right thumb impression.
  • First of all, candidates need to click the registration/login link and accept the Declaration of the candidates.
  • Now complete the registration with information such as your name, father’s name, mother’s name, category, date of birth, email ID and your mobile number.
  • Thereafter, a user ID and password will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
  • Now, you need to click the link for making fee payment available at Application Status page.
  • After paying the required fee, you need to submit your form.
  • Application Fee can be paid by using your debit card/credit card/net banking. Otherwise, one can also submit the fee at any Allahabad bank branch in cash.
  • Now upload your photograph, right thumb impression, and signature.
  • After uploading the aforesaid documents, candidates need to click the Final Submit button.
  • After submission of the form, candidates should take a printout of their filled form.
  • Candidates are restricted to submit their applications before the notified deadline, otherwise the same will be rejected.

Instructions for Uploading Signature, Photograph, and Right Thumb Impression

  • Your photograph should be in JPG format;
  • There should not be any special character used in your image file name;

Application Fee

Please find below the information regarding category-wise application fee:

  • For General/OBC- Rs.2000/-
  • For SC/ST: Rs.1000/-

The application fee for the candidates belonging to General/OBC category is Rs.2000/-, whereas, this amount is Rs.1000/- for SC/St category. The amount is payable through credit card, debit card, net banking.

  18. Agar yogi Ji ko time mila toh axam jarur hoga baise toh high court apna faisla suna chuka hai an bs sarkar ko apna faisala sunana baki bacha hai.agar exam hua toh September me last beak take result bhi as jayega
