The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible for organizing the CMAT exam annually. It is a national-level business management test for admission to MBA & PGDM courses. The exam is held in online mode in two different shifts.
CMAT is a speed-based test organized to analyze the candidate’s quantitative aptitude skills, data interpretation skills, verbal ability, logical reasoning, English language comprehension, and general knowledge.
It is expected that CMAT 2024 will be held in April 2024. Through CMAT Scores, candidates will get admission to various MBA/PGDM institutes approved by AICTE. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their CMAT Application form on or before the due date.

CMAT Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must check the CMAT eligibility criteria 2024 before applying for the exam.
Candidates should have done graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Applicants pursuing the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
There is no prescribed age bar for appearing in CMAT.
CMAT Application Form 2024
To appear in the CMAT exam, candidates must complete the CMAT online registration and submit the application form before the due date.
NTA will organize the CMAT application process through online mode only. Candidates should visit the official website of CMAT and register for the exam by providing their email id and phone number.
Once the registration is over, a registration number and password will be sent to the candidate’s registered email account. By using these details, candidates will be able to access the CMAT application form.
Candidates need to complete the application form by entering their personal details, academic qualification, work experience (if any), and other details. They have to select the exam centre and test cities for the exam.
Candidates should upload the required documents as per the given parameters.
Review the details before final submission. Candidates have to pay the necessary application fee to complete the application process.
Take the printout of the duly filed application form for further use.

CMAT 2024 Syllabus
There is no predefined syllabus for CMAT. The syllabus is almost similar to other MBA or business management competitive exams. The exam will comprise five sections namely Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge.

CMAT Admit Card 2024
The authority will release the CMAT Admit card online on its official website most likely in May 2024. To download the admit card, candidates need to provide their login details. Admit card is an important document to carry at the examination centre on exam day.
The admit card will include details like the candidate’s name, roll number, date & time of exam, examination venue, and other instructions related to the exam. Candidates without a valid card will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
CMAT Answer key
The CMAT answer key will be displayed online mode on the official website after a few days of the exam date. With the help of answer key candidates can calculate their estimated CMAT score. In case of issues with the provisional answer key, candidates will be allowed to raise objections against it.
Candidates can challenge the answer key by paying Rs 1000/- per question as an objection fee. CMAT result and final answer key will be prepared after scrutinizing the objections received.
CMAT Result 2024
The NTA will release the CMAT 2024 results along with the scorecard most likely in May 2024. The candidates who appeared in the exam will be able to download CMAT Results by using their login details. Candidates should take the printout of their CMAT scorecard for future reference.
Based on the candidate’s marks achieved in the entrance exam, a merit list will be prepared by the authority. Candidates will be called for further admission process based on CMAT All India merit list.
CMAT Admission Process
After the announcement of the result, a group discussion and personal interview round will be held by many B-Schools to select candidates for MBA/PGDM courses. Each college will organize its separate admission process as per its academic cycle.
The admission process of CMAT for MBA courses will include phases like shortlisting of students based on CMAT score, Group Discussion & Personal Interview rounds, and Final selection for MBA admission
CMAT Counselling 2024
After the announcement of the merit list, the authority will commence the counselling process through online mode only. Candidates will have to attend the counselling as per their CMAT merit rank. At the time of counselling, candidates need to bring all the important documents with them for the document verification process.
Seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s CMAT score, filled choice of course and institute, and availability of seats. After the seat allotment, candidates have to pay the prescribed admission fee to confirm their seats.
