CENTAC Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for CENTAC admission process. The details regarding eligibility criteria are as follows.

CENTAC Application Form 2024

CENTAC Merit List 2024
The authority will release the CENTAC Admission Merit List tentatively in August 2024 through online mode. The merit will be prepared based on the qualifying marks in which the reservation policy of U.T. of Puducherry will be applied to all selected applicants.
The merit list consists of the name of qualified candidates along with their merit rank. The Centralized Admission Committee will first announce the provisional merit list. In case of an issue with the merit list, candidates will be allowed to object to the provisional merit list. After considering all the objections, the final CENTAC merit list will be published by the authority.
CENTAC Cutoff 2024
The board will release the CENTAC cut-off for each course separately. The cut-off marks will be published online after the announcement of the merit list. The CENTAC cutoff is the minimum qualifying mark that candidates need to score to be eligible for CENTAC admission process.
The cut-off will differ for various institutes. It will be decided after considering various factors such as number of applicants, availability of seats, previous qualifying scores, etc.
CENTAC Counselling 2024
The shortlisted candidates will be called to attend the counselling process based on their merit rank. It is expected that the process of counselling will start in August 2024 through online mode. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds.
For Round 1, seat allotment will be done based on the applicant’s course choice, availability of seats, reservation, and national exam scores. For Round 2, the applicants will pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.
CENTAC Admission Process 2024
After the seat allotment candidates will have to report to the allotted colleges/institutes with all required original documents. Verification of documents will be done before the final seat allotment. The admission will be based on 12th qualifying exam scores and other national/state-level entrance exams.
For MBBS and BDS courses, seats will be offered based on NEET 2024 scores. For engineering courses, seats will be allotted based on JEE Main 2024 scores.
