Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria before you apply for CCS University Phd admission:
- Candidates having Master’s degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks or equivalent (50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and physically handicapped/disabled category) are eligible to apply.
- The applicants pursuing in Final year/Final semester examination are also eligible to apply. Provided, they will have to produce their final year examination result at the time of admission.
- The applicants are only responsible for their eligibility and the information, which they have furnished in the application form.
CCS University PhD Application Form: How to apply?
The Application form for CCS University Ph.D admission will be available online only on the official website of university i.e.www.ccsuniversity.ac.in as per prescribed schedule. Fill in the application form details carefully and completely. After successful submission of the online Application form, the applicants are advised to print a hard copy of the same.
Send the hard copy of the duly filled-in application form along with required documents such as caste certificate and medical certificate etc at the address mentioned below via Registered/Speed Post only, so as to reach address before the due date.

Admit card
Admit card of candidates for the entrance exam will be available online. The university will release the admit card of common eligibility entrance test only for those who eligible candidates who have done the successful application on time. Candidates can check and download the admit card/hall ticket by visiting the official website of university i.e. www.ccsuniversity.ac. Candidate should bring the admit card while appearing in the entrance exam.
CCS University PhD Exam Pattern 2023
- The eligibility test will have two papers which comprise multiple choice type questions.
- Questions in Paper 1 will be based on academic aptitude and general awareness and subject proficiency. It will consist of a total of 100 marks
- Questions in Paper 2 will be based on Research Aptitude and subject Knowledge and comprise a total of 200 marks.
- There will be no negative marking in this entrance exam
Result
The result of CCS CET will be announced online after the completion of the entrance test. Candidates who have successfully appeared in the entrance test can check and download their result by going through the official website.
The minimum qualifying aggregate for the test will be 50%.
Selection Process
Admission to Phd course under various disciplines in Chaudhary Charan Singh University will be done on the basis of merit score certificate given to the successful students as per norms made in the statutes /regulation etc.
