The Annamalai University will be conducting AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 exam to provide the candidates admissions in M.Pharm courses. The candidates can apply for the All India Medical Entrance Exam (AIMEE) by submitting their application forms. AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 exam is likely to be conducted in 3rd week of July 2024 (tentatively). However, the candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The University also offers admissions to B.Pharm, D.Pharm and Pharm.D degree programmes. The admissions into these programmes are offered on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for appearing in the AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 exam (for M.Pharm), the applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- The candidates must have passed the Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the Annamalai University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by this University.
- It is necessary for the candidates to secure at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
- For SC/ST/SCA candidates, only passing marks are required.
Criteria for other courses:

Note: Candidates who are not a native to the state of Tamil Nadu will be treated as General category candidate, irrespective of their category. Such candidates will only be considered for admissions after exhausting all the candidates from Tamil Nadu.
AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 Application Form
AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 application form will be released expectedly in the month of May. The candidates can fill the form made available on the official university website. In the application form, the candidates will have to provide the details of their Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Aadhaar, Nativity and the details of qualifying examination passed. After entering the details in the form, the candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000/-.

Admit Card
AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 admit card will be released on the official website of the University, a few weeks before the commencement of the exam. The admit card will contain the details of the exam center, date and time along with the basic details of the candidate such as name and roll number. The candidates must carry the admit card along with them at the exam center on the day of exam.
AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 Result
The result for the M.Pharm entrance exam will be announced by the University after the scrutiny of the answer sheets. A merit list of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks secured in the exam. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview round. The candidates qualifying all the rounds (entrance exam + interview) will be considered for final selection.
Selection Procedure
The selection for the M.Pharm exam will be done on the basis of overall performance of the candidates in the exam and interview. Those who successfully clear the AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2024 exam and fulfill the eligibility requirement (and other requirements as applicable) will be granted final admission.
For the other courses (B.Pharm, D.Pharm and Pharm.D), the selection will be done on the basis of the marks secured in the qualifying exam.
For 1st year admissions into B.Pharm courses, ranking will be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the science subjects in the qualifying examinations reduced to the base of 200 marks. The marks secured through different boards will be taken into consideration after normalizing.
For D.Pharm courses and Pharm.D, the rank list will be prepared based on the percentage of total marks obtained by the candidate in Higher Secondary course conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board or any other equivalent board.
