Documents you must have before staring applying for AIPMT exam 2021
- Scanned copy of your recent photograph with .jpeg format. The background of the photograph should be white and size must be in between 10 kb to 100 kb. The photograph must not be taken before 1st December 2021.
- Scanned copy of your signature with .jpeg format. The size of signature must be in between 3 kb to 20 kb.
- Your left thumb impression with .jpg format and its size must be in between 3 kb to 20 kb.
- Suppose candidates belong to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J & K region are required to upload their photograph with self declaration and JPG format. The size of image must be in between 200 kb to 300 kb.
How to Fill AIPMT 2021 Application Form?

- First check your eligibility; whether you meet with specified AIPMT 2021 eligibility criteria by downloading AIPMT 2021 information bulletin.
- Click the link “apply online” available at the official website i.e. http://aipmt.nic.in/aipmt/Welcome.aspx.
- Now register yourself by providing the details such as your name, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, mobile number etc. and click the button submit.
- Now you need to fill up the application form by putting the personal details along with your domicile and eligibility details.
- After filling up the details click the button next but before clicking the button be ensure you have submitted all the details properly.
- When you submit all the details for part 1 you will be redirected to next page where you’ll be asked to upload your photograph, signature etc.
- After successful completion of application form you need to remit the necessary application fee.
- Candidates are eligible to submit the application fee of Rs. 1400/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ST/PwD) either through e-challan or debit card/credit card.
- After doing the online payment you will get transferred to next page to take a print out of your confirmation page.
