If any seat remains vacant out of the AIIMS privileged seats or any other reserved seats, it will be given to open general category candidate in the order of merit.
Tie Break for AIIMS PG Cutoff list
Tie-breaking is the process followed when the marks obtained by two or more than two candidates are equal. The following methods will be used to break the tie in AIIMS PG or to determine the inter-se-merit of candidates scoring equal marks.

49.5% of PG seats excluding those for Sponsored/Foreign National applicants are reserved for the candidates from SC/ST and OBC (Non-creamy layer).
