AICTE Declares CMAT to be Held Once a Year from 2016

New Delhi, 3^rd September 2015,

All India Council for Technical Education holds a decision to conduct CMAT exam once a year. Earlier, the organizing body used to conduct CMAT exams twice a year in the month of September and February to grant admission to students in the post graduate programs of the institutes that are AICTE Approved Institutions/ University Departments.

AICTE has now decided upon to hold CMAT exam only once a year from the academic year 2016-2017. For the next academic year CMAT 2016 will be held once in the year in the month of January. All the applicants who are willing to apply for the post graduate programs in the institutes under AICTE ought to apply for the CMAT 2016 exam. Though the proposed time of exam conduction is January 2016 but AICTE will further release a separate notification about it.
