AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants should satisfy the necessary eligibility criteria before applying for AFMC MBBS admission. The details regarding AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria are mentioned below.
The applicant must be an Indian citizen. Foreign nationals of Indian origin with valid Indian Citizenship or a certificate of eligibility from the Ministry of Home Affairs are also eligible to apply.
The age of candidates should not be more than 24 years and not be less than 17 years.
Candidates must have done the 12th level examination with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology & 50% in English & Science stream from any recognized board or university.
Candidate must be unmarried.
Candidate must be medically fit as per standards prescribed by the Govt of India, Ministry of Defence.
AFMC MBBS Application Form
Interested and eligible candidates seeking admission into MBBS at AFMC Pune, will have to register and apply for AFMC, Pune on the DGHS website i.e., www.mcc.nic.in as per the prescribed schedule. The process of registration will commence in March 2024.
Candidates must fill in the basic details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, qualification, etc. They also have to upload a passport-size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.

AFMC MBBS Result and Selection
The authority will release the AFMC MBBS Result 2024 online on its official website. It will be published in the form of a merit list. NEET-qualified candidates will be further called for ToELR i.e., Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning, Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination at AFMC, Pune.
The final result of the selected Merit List will be available on the MCC portal as well as on the AFMC Pune portal. The AFMC MBBS result will be released separately for male and female candidates. Shortlisted candidates will have to participate in the admission rounds as per the given schedule.
AFMC MBBS Admission Process
The authority will prepare two merit lists separately for male and female candidates. The merit will be decided based on the NEET UG score and screening at AFMC. The final merit list will be made on the basis of written ToELR + NEET UG + Interview marks.
It is expected that the AFMC MBBS admission process will be commenced in June 2024. Candidates will be considered eligible for admission according to their merit rank. seats will be allotted after the document verification and submission of the fee.

FAQs
Candidates must have cleared the 12th-level examination with minimum qualifying marks from any recognized board or university.
Candidate should not be born earlier than 1st January 2000 and not later than 31st December 2006.
The minimum acceptable height for girl candidate is 152 cm. Female candidates from Hills and North Eastern States will be accepted with a minimum height of 147 cm.
30 seats are reserved for girl candidates.
