Eligibility Criteria
Basic criteria
- Candidate should be a citizen of India.
- Candidates must have attained the age of 17 years as on 31 December 2018.
Educational Qualification
For B.A.M.S
Applicant should have done Sr. Sec. Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Board of School Education, Haryana with Science or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto offered the applicant passes the examination with minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to For SC/ST/BC category) in the subjects of Chemistry, Physics & Biology.
Or
Candidate having any other examination recognized by Pt. B.D.Sharma U.H.S. Rohtak as equivalent may also apply.
For B.H.M.S
Applicant should have done Sr. Sec. Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Board of School Education, Haryana with Science or an examination recognized as equivalent to chemistry, physics, and biology.
For B.Pharmacy
Candidates should have qualified Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana/CBSE, Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Backward Classes) in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer science taken together and should have also done all the subjects individually.
For B.Sc nursing
- Only female candidates can apply.
The applicants should have done Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with the minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% marks for SC/BC category) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English taken together in the qualifying examination.
For BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
An applicant should have done Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent examination scoring at least of 50 % marks in the aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST/BC candidates) in the subjects of Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English taken together and clear the qualifying examination.
For B.Sc in Medical Lab. Technology/Radiotherapy Technology/ Radiotherapy and Imaging Technology/ perfusion Technology
Candidates seeking admission to above courses should have done Sr. Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Math and English as a mandatory subject.
PT BD Sharma University Admission 2022 Application Form: How to apply
Information booklet along with application form and OMR Sheet will be available from the Office of the Controller of Finance, UHS, Rohtak & HDFC Banks Rohtak, Ambala, Karnal, Gurgaon & Hissar w.e.f. the prescribed date for the cash payment of Rs. 2400/ (Rs 600/ for SC/BC category of Haryana). Candidates should fill the form correctly and submit the duly filled in application form completed in all respects to the office of Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak on or before the due date. The university will not be detained responsible for any postal delay in any circumstances. No application will be considered after due date and time.
Examination Pattern
- The common written test will comprise of one paper of 3 hours duration. The test will include a total of 180 objective type questions for 180 Marks.
- The questions will be asked from the subject of Chemistry, Physics, Biology (Botany & Zoology) or mathematics preferably evenly distributed.
- The applicant should mention the branch of examination in which they want to appear Mathematics or Biology
- There will be no negative marking on this entrance exam.
Selection Procedure
- The seats will be distributed on the basis of merit of Common Entrance Test 2022. The applicant can choose any of the course as per his/her merit during counseling.
- During the consequent counseling process, the seat will be offered as per the merit of the applicant depending on the accessibility of vacant seats on that particular day.
- Applicants, who will not appear in the Medical Examination on the scheduled date, will lose the claim for admission and placement on the waiting list except for allowed by the competent authority under special situations.
- The name of the candidate who keeps absent from classes for more than 15 days at extending after joining the said programme will be blow off from the college without giving any notice.
