Jharkhand MBBS/BDS Admission 2021: Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECE) is going to announce the notification for admission in MBBS / BDS courses in the state of Jharkhand. Only NEET qualified candidates are eligible to apply for admission. There are about five medical and two dental Government colleges in the state of Jharkhand. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who have qualified the NEET and satisfy the below eligibility conditions are eligible for Jharkhand MBBS / BDS Admission 2021.

• Domicile Criteria: Only Indian and Permanent resident of Jharkhand are eligible to apply.
• Age criteria: The minimum age of candidates must be 17 years
• Educational criteria: The applicants who passed 10+2 or HSC from Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (PCB group) with a minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of candidates from SC/ST category) will be eligible to apply for the Jharkhand MBBS/BDS Admission.
• Candidates must clear the NEET with prescribed qualifying percentile.

Jharkhand MBBS/BDS Admission 2021 Application Form: How to apply?

Candidates can fill and submit the Jharkhand MBBS/BDS admission application form by using following three ways:

Online Application: Candidates can fill and submit the Jharkhand MBBS/BDS 2021 Application Form online through visiting the official website of JCECE. Fill the details in the application form correctly and carefully. Candidates will also have to upload the scanned images, signature and left-hand thumb impression in the prescribed format.

1. ICR application form: The interested candidates who want to apply through ICR application will need to download the “ICR Application form for JCECE” from the official website and should submit the duly filled application along with demand draft /Challan of the necessary amount Rs 100/-.
2. Buy OMR application form via post office: Candidates can obtain the application form from the specified post office.
3. Applicants will have to enter personal, educational and address details in the Jharkhand MBBS /BDS 2019 Application Form carefully.

• The candidates can submit a single application form. If they submitted more than one application form, it will be rejected.
• It should be noted that, the application fee once deposited will not be refunded under any conditions.
• Those who are submitting application form through the online mode must ensure that they take the print out of the confirmation page for further use.

• Once the NEET merit list will be announced, the merit list of the Jharkhand MBBS /BDS 2021 admission will also be published by JCECE.
• The merit list for NEET will be announced by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) whereas JCECE Board will decide its own merit list after implementing their reservation norms and policies.
• The authority will announce the Jharkhand MBBS/BDS Admission Merit list category wise
• The process of Jharkhand MBBS/BDS Counselling and seat allotment will be held on the basis of merit list

Jharkhand MBBS/BDS Admission 2021 Counselling

Jharkhand MBBS/BDS admission counselling will be organized online only.  The counselling process will involve the following steps:

• At first, the document verification of shortlisted candidates will be done. Therefore, candidates are advised to bring all their documents/ certificates in original while appearing in the counselling.
• After the completion of document verification, candidates can select the institute/course as per their preference and merit rank.
• The allocation of seats will be based on the candidate’s merit and choices selected by them.
• If the seats will be remained unoccupied after the first round of the counselling, the 2^nd round of the counselling will be organized.
• Applicants will have to pay an amount of Rs 750/-(for general/open category) and Rs.500 (for SC/ST category) as necessary counselling fee.
