CG PMT (Chhattisgarh Pre Medical Test) is a well-known state level entrance exam organized for admission to undergraduate medical and dental programmes in medical and dental colleges across Chhattisgarh state. The Chhattisgarh Directorate of Medical Education (CGDME) is the respective authority which conducts this exam every year in the month of May and releases its application form in the month of April, 2022. We advise candidates to check below all eligibility criteria required to appear for this test. Interested candidates must need to fulfill all these mentioned criteria. If you are unable to meet any of the criteria mentioned below you won’t be allowed to appear in the test:

• Candidates are required to have domicile of Chhattisgarh state.
• Candidates should hold citizenship of India.
• Candidates’ age should be minimum 17 years as on or before 31^st December of the year of admission.
• Upper age limit of candidates should not exceed 25 years as on or before 31^st December of the year of admission.
• Candidates should have cleared class 12^th exam from a recognized school or board.
• Candidates should have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry in class 12^th from a recognized school or board.
• Minimum marks scored by candidates in the qualifying exam should be 50% in aggregate.

How to Apply for CG PMT 2022?

Important instructions regarding filling up of CG PMT 2022 application form are as follows. Please go through the instructions and follow the same while applying for this test:

• Candidates can obtain the application form from the official website of the conducting authority.
• Only those candidates are eligible to apply those have domicile of this state.
• Fill up the form through requisite details.
• In the next step you need to upload signature, photograph and thumb impression in the prescribed format.
• After uploading of necessary documents candidates need to remit the fee through debit card/credit card, net banking or bank challan.

Application Fee

For General category candidates: Rs. 300/-

OBC category: Rs. 250/-

SC/ST category: Rs. 200/-

Prescribed Exam Pattern

• Only one paper will be involved in the test containing 100 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany.
• Each question is followed by one mark and there is no negative marking rule.
• Talking about the syllabus of this test is as per the Chhatisgarh and CBSE board class 12^th
• Question paper will be available in Hindi as well as English language.
• Exam duration: Two Hours

CG PMT 2022 Admit Card

Admit card will be available in online mode in the month of May, 2022. Candidates are required to get access of the official website and simply by entering their name and date of birth they can download the admit card.

 Result declaration

Result of the test will be declared in the fourth week of June, 2022. The respective authority will also release the answer key along with the result so that candidates would check their right and wrong answer.

Selection Procedure

According to candidates rank and score in the test they will be further called for counseling procedure. All selected candidates will have to show original document at the time of admission.
