BLDE UGET Application Form 2021

Interested and eligible candidates can download the BLDE UGET 2021 application form from the official website of university. The university is not allowing candidates to submit the application form in online mode and hence they are required to submit hard copy of the application along with all related enclosures to address mentioned at the bottom of this article.

Important Instructions to Apply for BLDE UGET 2021

• The respective authority has specified the application fee as Rs. Rs. 2000/- which is payable either in online mode or through the demand draft.
• Candidates those are paying the requisite amount in online mode they need to take the printout of online payment receipt. The printout of the online payment receipt should be attached with application form.
• Payment through demand draft: The draft should be drawn in favour of The Registrar, BLDE University, payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103.

*Application fee paid by candidates won’t be refunded under any circumstances.

• Document uploading is also one of the major parts of application form. Documents that need to be uploaded are left thumb impression, photograph, signature of candidates and signature of their parent/guardian.

Information Regarding Signature, Photograph and Left Thumb Impression

• • Passport size photograph needs to be uploaded in the form.
  • Do not upload photograph with spectacles.
  • Candidates do not need to staple or pin the photograph on the application form.
  • Candidates do not need to put signature or attestation on the photograph.
  • Photograph and signature should be in jpg format and the size should be less than 1 MB.
  • Photograph dimension: 3.5 cm (Width) x 4.5 cm (Height)
  • Signature dimension: 3.5 cm (Length) x 1.5 cm (Height).
  • Duly filled application form along with necessary documents enclosures should be sent to “The Registrar, BLDE University, Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Campus, Sholapur Road, Bijapur – 586103, Karnataka State, India”.
  • Application form needs to be sent in A4 size envelope. Candidates are also required to mention UGET 2021 application on envelope.
