If you are among APIIT NAT aspirants then this post will help you out with related information. Below I’m sharing the admission procedure for B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral Entry), BBA and MBA programmes. Along with admission procedure, I’m also sharing here eligibility conditions for admission to aforesaid programmes.

Eligibility Conditions for Undergraduate Programmes

Admission Procedure of First-Year B.Tech Programme

It is intimated to all B.Tech aspirants that admission of 50% seats including 15% All India category seats will be done by Haryana State Technical Education Society based on JEE Main score of candidates. Eligibility Criteria for First Year B.Tech Programme

For admission to first-year candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

  • Candidates should have cleared 10+2 examination with Mathematics and Physics from recognized Board/University along with one of the subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Computer Science.
  • Candidates should have achieved a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates belonging to reserved category are required to achieve a minimum 40% marks.

Admission Procedure of Second Year B.Tech Lateral Entry Programme

Admission to second-year lateral entry B.Tech programme will be done based on inter se merit of candidates in OLET (LEET (Engg.) 2021 organized by NIC Online. The related official website is www.hstes.in. Candidates will be eligible for direct admission according to the availability of seats on the basis of their merit in Online Test/NAT Exam/Offline Test.

It is possible that online test might be conducted after completion of the deadline of the application form.

Eligibility Criteria for Second Year B.Tech Lateral Entry Programme

Candidates seeking admission to second-year B.Tech lateral entry programme they need to fulfill following eligibility conditions:

  • Candidates should have cleared a minimum of three years duration Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution with obtaining a minimum of 45%. Candidates, who belong to reserved category, they need to achieve at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Candidates should hold three years duration B.Sc degree from a recognized institution with 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates).

Admission Procedure of BBA Programme

BBA admission will be done based on candidates’ merit in National Admission Test (NAT) for BBA, Extempore & PI.

Eligibility Criteria for BBA Programme

  • Candidates should have cleared 10+2 exam from a recognized Board or University with minimum five subjects along with English as one the subjects. Candidates, who have scored at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam, are only permitted to apply.

Admission Procedure of MBA Programme

Candidates, interested in MBA programme, they will be given admission based on their performance in CMAT/MAT scores. Direct admission will completely rely upon availability of seats.

Eligibility Criteria For MBA Programme

Candidates should have obtained three years duration Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category).
