Eligibility Criteria
One can attend the counselling procedure for admission to M.Tech programme in Chhatisgarh state if they meet with following criteria:
- Permanent residents of Chhattisgarh state who have taken education from this state are only eligible for admission.
- Candidates must hold B.E/B.Tech with 50% marks (45% marks for aspirants belonging to SC/ST category of Chhattisgarh state).
- Candidates should hold a non-zero GATE score card.
- The authority has specified the upper age limit as 40 years; relaxation will be applicable according to the Government norms.
How to Apply?
- Aspirants first need to make payment of fee amounting Rs 500/-.
- Once payment of fee is over, candidates need to complete the registration process.
- During registration process, candidates need to enter their GATE score detail, domicile status, date of birth etc.
- After completion of the registration procedure candidates need to access the application form by using their login credentials (received after registration).
- Now fill up your personal and education information in the application form as asked.
- Now fill up choice of courses and colleges.
- Finally save and submit your application form.
Counselling Procedure- Important Highlights
- Counselling process for Chhattisgarh M.Tech admission will be conducted in three rounds.
- Candidates need to fill up their choices of courses and colleges for attending the counselling.
- Thereafter, they need to report to the help centre for document verification.
- Seats will be allotted to aspirants according to their GATE exam score, educational qualification and options entered by them in respect of courses & colleges.
- Once a candidate gets selected for admission, they will have pay the admission fee and report to the allotted institution on schedule date and time.
