Eligibility Criteria for M.G University MBA Admission

Aspirants need to satisfy prescribed eligibility conditions before applying admission to MBA course at M.G. University, Kerala for the year 2022-22. The required eligibility criteria are as follows:

• Applicants should have done Bachelors degree in any subject with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in all parts of examinations or master’s degree in any discipline (A pass in any bachelor’s degree for applicants from to SC/ST category)
• Applicants must have valid CMAT/ MAT/CAT/KMAT score.
• Candidates, who are awaiting final semester results, can also apply.

Candidates can download the admission application forms from the official website of university i.e. www.mgu.ac.in. Application forms will not available in any other mode.

Applicants are needed to submit the registration fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in case of candidates from SC/ST category) at the university cash counter/Friends Jana-Sevanakendram or via Demand Draft drawn in favour of the “Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University”, payable at SBT MG University Campus Branch (Code: 669), PD Hills P.O., Kottayam

Full postal address of the candidate with pin code should be written on the reverse side of the demand draft in block letters

Candidates need to submit the duly filled up applications along with registration fee (Demand Draft/Pay-in-Slip) and a self-addressed stamped of Rs.5/ envelope must be reached to the Director, School of Management and Business Studies, Mahatma Gandhi University, Priyadarsini Hills PO, Kottayam-686560, Kerala before the due date.

Examination Pattern

The duration of Entrance test will be 2 hours. The paper will consist of objective type questions to assess the applicant’s ability in Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Data Interpretation, English Knowledge, Mathematical Comprehension and Comprehension and General Knowledge.

Selection Process

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination, group discussion and personal interview in the ratio 60:20:20.
