DAV University MBA Eligibility Test (DAVUMET) 2021: DAV University, Jalandhar will be inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission to MBA Program through DAVU MET 2021. All the applicants seeking admission in Master of Business Administration (MBA) at DAV for the academic year 2021 must apply online as per given schedule.

Eligibility Criteria for DAV University MBA Eligibility Test (DAVUMET) 2021

• An applicant appearing or who has appeared and successfully passed in the qualifying examination with obtaining a minimum of 50% marks in graduation in any discipline is eligible to apply for the test. However, they will be admitted to the course only, if they provide the proof of passing the qualifying examination with the mandatory pass percentage of marks at the time of admission.
• There will a relaxation of 5% marks for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
• The Candidates who have appeared in CAT/MAT entrance exams are exempted from DAV University MBA Eligibility test.

DAVUMET 2021 Application Form: How to apply

• The candidate is required to fill DAVUMET 2021 application form online by visiting the official website of university i.e. www.davuniversity.org.
• To select the center of your choice you need to click on State option after that click on District and then click city and pick the center on the online form
• After filling the application form, click the ‘Submit’ button and take printout of the hall ticket/ Admit cards generated automatically.
• Attach recent passport size photograph on each admit card. After that, the same will be got attested by the Principal/Coordinator of the centre opted by the applicant.
• Keep candidate’s Copy and submit other two admit cards in person or by speed post/ registered post/courier to the selected examination centre along-with the necessary fee.

Examination Pattern

DAV MET 2021 entrance test will be set in English language only and the paper will comprise multiple choice (MCQ) type questions. Each question will have four alternatives out of which candidates have to pick one right answer. Each right answer will be awarded with one mark. The question paper will include four sections namely communication skills, quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, and Business awareness & GK.  There will be no negative marking. The duration of entrance test will be 2 hours.

Admit card

• The Admit Card is an important document. It should be preserved and produced at the time of counseling and admission.
• Candidate must not interfere with the Admit Card.
• No candidate will be allowed to write in the entrance test without a valid Admit Card.
• The hall ticket is not transferable to any other student.

Result

After the online assessment of Answer Sheets, the result will be probably announced in the month of March 2018 on the website of university i.e. www.davuniversity.org. A final merit list will be made on the basis of total marks secured in the DAVU MET 2021. There will be no condition for re-checking/re-evaluation of the answer sheets.

Counselling Process

The short-listed candidates based on their performance in the entrance examination will be invited for the counseling process which is to be held at the DAV University premises in Jalandhar, Punjab and/or at a Centre to be informed later consequent to the announcement of the result. Candidates must appear at the counseling round in person along with all necessary documents.
