About Chandigarh Engineering College, Mohali

Established in the year 2002, the Chandigarh Engineering College (CEC) Mohali is a well known engineering college situated in Mohali district of Punjab.  It is the constituent college of Chandigrah group of colleges (CGC) Landran campus, Mohali. The CEC is approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) New Delhi and Government of Punjab and affiliated to Punjab Technical University. It is one of the top engineering colleges in Punjab. The college is the first private engineering college in the northern region to get accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for 5 years.

Chandigarh Engineering College, Mohali Admission Process

The admission for B.Tech courses will be done through JEE Main. The candidates are invited for admission on basis of their ranks obtained in JEE Mains for further counseling process organized by the institute. 85% seats will be reserved for the candidates from Punjab state and 15% for the students of other states. The selection of candidate for admission to the M.Tech courses is strictly based on the GATE score.
