Mother Teresa Women’s University will issue the official notification in order to invite the application from the eligible candidates for TNSET 2022 (Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2022). It is a state-level exam that will be conducted for the candidates aspiring to be an Assistant Professor in the universities across Tamil Nadu. The exam will be organized in 26 different subjects and at 11 distinct venues across Tamil Nadu. - The application form for TNSET 2022 will accessible from the official website.
- Candidates have to provide personal, educational and contact details in the online application form.
- After entering the details in the application form, candidates will be required to upload the scanned copied of recent passport size photograph and signature.
- Candidates are advised to keep a printout of duly filled application form for the future reference.

TNSET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
- A Masters Degree in relevant subject from a UGC recognized institute with at least 55% marks (50% for the reserved categories) is required in order to apply for TNSET 2020.
- Candidates going to appear in the final year exam of the qualifying degree or result awaited candidates are also eligible. Such students have to clear the qualifying exam with the required percentage within 2 years of the TNSET 2022 exam otherwise they will be disqualified.
TNSET 2022 Exam Pattern
TNSET 2022 will be divided into the three sections and will be consisting of 3 papers i.e. Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3.
Paper 1 will be of general nature having questions from teaching/research aptitude while Paper 2 and Paper 3 will be consisting of questions from the subject chosen by the candidate.

Candidates, please note that the examination centre once selected cannot be changed in any circumstances.
TNSET 2022 Admit Card
Authorities will upload the admit card for all the registered candidates on the official website. No admit card will be sent to the candidates by post or any other offline medium. Exam schedule, venue and general instructions will be available on the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without an admit card.
TNSET 2022 Result
The Result of TNSET 2022 will be declared online. Before publishing the result MTWU will also release the answer keys for the candidates to match their answers. Candidates getting qualified in TNSET 2022 exam will receive an SMS of intimation.
Top 6% of the total appeared candidates in all three papers with at least 40% aggregate marks (35% for reserved categories) will be declared as qualified.
