UP PCSJ Application Procedure

As we already mentioned that the application of UP PCSJ (junior division) recruitment exam will be completed in three stages which are explained below:

First Stage- Online Registration

• At first, candidates have to complete the online registration by clicking the ‘Apply’ link.
• After clicking this link, a registration page will be displayed on the screen.
• The basic Registration form will be appeared on clicking the ‘Candidate Registration’ link respective to the examination.
• Here, candidates need to fill all the basic details like name, email id and contact number etc.
• After filling the basic details, candidates must verify all the information filled by them. If any changes in the given details are required, click on ‘Click here to modify’ and make the required changes and then submit the application. Therefore, the registration of the first stage will be completed.
• On the successful registration, a “Print Registration Slip” will be displayed. Candidates should take the Print of the same by clicking on Print Registration Slip.

Second Stage- Application fee payment

• Once the online registration is done, candidates need to proceed to the next stage i.e. payment of application fee.
• For depositing the application fee candidates need to press the link stating “Click here to proceed for payment”.
• After clicking the above link, a home page of State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System) will be appeared comprising of three different payment modes such as Net Banking, Card Payments, and Other Payment Modes.
• Choose any of the above-prescribed modes and pay the necessary fee.
• Thereafter, a Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR) will be displayed along with the detail of fee deposition.
• Take the print of the same for future use.

Third Stage- Fill and submit the form

• After the successful completion of stage two, candidates need to click on the “Proceed” button for final submission of application form.
• Enter all the required details as asked in the application form in the prescribed format.
• Candidates have to upload the scanned image of recent photograph and signature as per the given specifications.
• After filling in all the mandatory fields in the format, the applicant should click “Preview” button to recheck the details and ensure that all entries and information given by them is correct. No changes/corrections will be made after the final submission of the application.
• Thereafter, click “Submit” button to forward the duly filled application form to the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
• Take the printout of the application form and keep it safe for further reference.
• Note: Incomplete applications or the online applications submitted after the due date will not be entertained.
