  • For the post of GM (BD & Mktg)

Candidate should have done MBA from recognized Institution/University with specialization in Marketing with at least fifteen years post qualification executive experience out of which minimum two years should be at the next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent liability/CTC in any reputed organization.

The applicants must hold related experience in areas of Business Development, Commercial activities, Marketing, Key Account Management, Contract Management, Tendering, Liaison etc. Experience in Aviation Industry will be considered beneficial.

  • For the post of JGM (Ops Admin)

Candidate must possess CHPL / ATPL (H) at least 4500 hours of Helicopter Flying experience with 1000 hrs as PIC + IR.  (Defense Pilots are exempted from the condition of CHPL/ ATPL (H)). The applicant should hold at least 12 years of flying experience with administration of flying operations out of which 2 years in the next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent job/CTC in any reputed Airline / Defence Aviation.

  • Eligibility for Joint General Manager (Commercial) post

Applicants should have done MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution with at least 12 years experience of post qualification executive out of which minimum 2- years experience must be in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent job/CTC in a reputed organization.

Moreover, candidates must possess relevant experience in marketing and commercial activities with financial aspects of the business operations. Experience in Aviation Industry will be considered beneficial.

  • Eligibility for Assistant General Manager (Commercial)

Applicant should have completed MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution with at least 7 years post qualification executive experience out of which minimum of 2- years must be in the next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent job/CTC in reputed organization.

In addition, the applicant must hold a relevant experience in marketing & commercial activities with financial aspects of the business operations. Experience in Aviation Industry will be desirable.

  • Eligibility for Assistant General Manager (Operations Administration)

Applicants must possess CHPL / ATPL (H) and a minimum of 3500 hours of Helicopter Flying experience with 1000 hrs as PIC + IR. (Defence Pilots will be relaxed from CHPL/ ATPL (H) condition).  Candidates are needed to have at least seven years of flying experience with administration of flying operations out of which 2 years in the next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent job /CTC in any reputed and large Airline/Defence Aviation.

  • Eligibility for AGM (Safety)

A pilot with having CHPL / ATPL (H) / CPL or candidates holding B.Tech / B.E / Equivalent Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or AME license holders are eligible to apply. Besides, applicants must hold at least 7 years of Aviation experience out of which minimum two years should be in next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent liability/CTC in the reputed organization.  Candidate must know about the rules and regulations of DGCA Regulations and will be also involved in implementing safety policies in the organization and assuring safe flying operations.

  • Eligibility Criteria for Manager (Safety) – (Contract basis at Delhi, Mumbai, Guwahati)

Pilot with having CHPL / ATPL (H) / CPL or candidates holding B.Tech / B.E / Equivalent Degree or AME license holders are eligible to apply. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of Aviation experience out of which at least 2 years should be in next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent job/CTC in a popular organization.  The applicant must know about the rules and regulations of DGCA and also involved in implementing safety policies in the organization and assuring safe flying operations.

  • Eligibility criteria for Manager (FOQA)-(Contract Basis)

A pilot with having CHPL / ATPL (H) are eligible to apply. The applicant must hold three years of Civil Aviation experience out of which at least 2 years should be in next below grade in IDA Scale/equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent job/CTC in a reputed organization.

Moreover, those who possess knowledge about the preparation of FDR/CVR readouts and their analysis will be given an added advantage.

The applicant must also have experience in incident/accident inquiry & safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation is must for them.  And, they should possess incident/ accident-free flight safety/maintenance record.

  • Eligibility criteria for Experienced Helicopter Pilots (on Contract basis)

Pilots who have the present and valid licence of CHPL or ATPL (H) with support on AS-350B3, Bell-412/407/206L4, Mi-172, Dauphin N/N3, & ALH Dhruv helicopters with applicable flying experience are eligible to apply. Selected helicopter pilots will be considered eligible at various levels with the subject of their qualification and flying experience.

  • Eligibility Criteria for Fresh Helicopter Pilots (on Contract basis)

Pilots who possess current & valid license – CHPL or ATPL (H) will be eligible to apply.

  • Eligibility criteria for Helicopter (Offshore/AS4) Pilots

Helicopter Pilots who hold experience as AS-4/offshore qualified and also possess endorsement on Bell-412 or on Dauphin N/N3 helicopters are eligible to apply for the said post.
