Odisha Civil Services Application Form 2022

Candidates can fill and submit the Odisha Civil Services Application Form as according to the guidelines given below:

• The Odisha Civil Services Application Form application form will be available on the official website.
• Candidates need to fill all the compulsory details in the application form such as the name, address and other communication details such as phone number and valid email ID.
• Moreover, candidates will also give the details of the educational qualification as what percentage of marks they have got in the bachelor programme.
• Henceforth, candidates will be required to upload the scanned photo & signature in the application form.

Subsequently, candidates will pay the application fee thru the credit card, debit card or net banking.

• It will be also necessary for the applicants to take and save the printout of the application for future reference.

Odisha Civil Services Eligibility Criteria

There are some eligibility criteria which every applicant must fulfill to be eligible to apply for the

‘Odisha Civil Services Examination’.

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• He/she must be able to read, write and speak Odia.
• He must have completed the graduation or any other equivalent three years’ degree from a recognized institute.
• The age of the applicants should not be less than 21 years and should not exceed 32 years.
• The candidates of reserved categories will get 5 years relaxation in the upper age.

Odisha Civil Services Exam Pattern

The Civil Services Examination will consist of the following three successive stages:

1. Preliminary Examination, (Objective Type-Multiple Choice Questions)
2. Main Examination
3. Personality Test or Interview

 Details about the Preliminary Examination

• The Preliminary Examination will consist of two question papers of objective type.
• The pre exam will be a screening test only and the marks of the pre exam will not be added in the final ranking of the candidates.

Details about the Main Examination

• Candidates, who qualify the pre-exam, will be eligible to take part in the main examination.
• The main examination will be of the descriptive nature.

Details of the Personality Test

• The recruiter will judge the candidates’ decision-making ability thru the personality test/interview.
• There will be a panel of interviewers which will test candidates’ suitability for the job through the oral conversation.
• Candidates need to bring all their certificates along with him at the time of interview.

 Odisha Civil Services Selection Process

• Candidates’ selection will be done thru the pre, mains and interview assessment test.
• After the commencement of the preliminary examination, the authority will conduct the Main examination.
• Candidates will be invited to prove their suitability for the job thru personality test after the main exam is conducted.
• Candidates’ marks in the pre and main examination will be taken into account for the final selection.

Odisha Civil Services Admit Card 2022

• After the submission of the application form thru the online website, candidates will get the admit card two or three weeks ago of the commencement of the examination.
• The recruitment authority will issue separate admit card for all the three parts of the examination.
• Candidates will be required to take the admit card at the examination center or else their entry in the exam center will be denied.

Odisha Civil Services Exam Result 2022

• Candidates will get the result of the examination on the official website only.
• The result will be announced respectively after the exam is conducted.
• First, there will be the announcement of the result of pre-exam and then the result of mains written exam and the interview (combined) will be announced as a final.
