UPTET Exam pattern 2023: The entrance examination of UPTET will include two papers i.e. paper 1 and paper 2. UPTET Paper 1 will be organized for Primary Level whereas the Paper 2 is held for Upper Primary Level. Both the papers will contain 150 multiple choice type questions of 1 mark each. There is no provision of negative marking in UPTET. The complete structure of the UPTET exam 2023 is given below:
UPTET Exam 2023 Pattern
- Paper 1 (Primary Level): Candidates who want to appoint as primary level teachers for classes 1 to 5th should appear for UPTET paper 1 only.
- Paper 2 (upper primary level): Candidates who want to appoint as Upper primary level teachers for classes 6th to 8th should appear for UPTET paper -2 only.
- Both papers (1 & 2): Candidates who want to become a teacher for both levels i.e. primary and upper primary classes should appear in both exams.
