Tier 1 of UPSC EPFO (recruitment test) comprises 9 important topics namely English, General Accounting Principles, General Science and Knowledge of Computer Applications, Mental Ability & Quantitative Aptitude, Indian Polity & Economy, Social Security in India, Indian Freedom Struggle, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws, Current Events.

UPSC EPFO Syllabus for Interview (Tier 2)
UPSC EPFO Tier 2 is the ‘Interview’ round. This is the final phase of the selection process. There will be no prescribed syllabus mentioned for tier-2. However, students can work on their communication skills and try mock interviews to prepare earlier. Candidates will be selected based on their marks secured in Tier-1 and their performance in the interview.
