TNTET means Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test. It is a state level entrance examination scheduled by TRB which is the abbreviated form of Teachers Recruitment Board. Offline mode of Application

  • You can obtain the TNTET application forms 2023 from the Principal of Higher Secondary school notified by TRB, Tamil Nadu which is the examination organizing body. A notification will be released in this website trb.tn.nic.in to notify the application sale centers.
  • The application forms will be available from July 2023. The applicants must submit their applications before the last date gets over.
  • The application form can be purchased by paying Rs. 50/- in cash.
  • Be very careful while filling up the application form because overwritten or shaded responses written in the application form will not be entertained. In these cases, your application will be rejected.
  • The completely filled application forms along with TRB copy of the payment of application fee challan must be submitted personally at the Office of the District Education Officer. Do not submit your applications at TRB office otherwise, your application will not be accepted by the examination authority.
  • The payment of application fee is a vital part of the application process. The application procedure will not be considered as accomplished until the application fee has been paid.
  • The application fee to be paid is Rs. 500/- for General category & Rs. 250/- is for reserved categories.

Online mode of Application

  • Login to the official website of the authority trb.tn.nic.in and search for recruitment section.

  • You have to upload the scanned images of your photograph & signature in the specified formats by the authority.
  • Now pay the application fee through bank challan which will be available along with information brochure. The amount to be paid for different categories has been specified as above. The bank challan will be accepted only at these banks canara bank, Indian Overseas Bank & SBI. The application fee through any other mode except bank challan will not be accepted.
  • Do not miss to attach the necessary documents such as academics mark sheets & certificates, age proof, challan, caste certificates (if applicable), experience letters etc.
  • Crosscheck all the entered details once again before you submit your form.
  • On submission, you will get a registration number & password. Save these details carefully to be used for further stages.
