How to download UP PCS Admit Card 2022
The admit card of UP PCS will be available online only. Candidates who applied successfully for the examination can download the UP PSC Exam hall ticket from the official website of conducting body i.e. uppsc.up.nic.in. The authority will release the admit card for those candidates only whose application status indicated that application form was not rejected. To download the admit card, the candidates can follow the below instructions:
- At first, log in to the UPSC Official website i.e. uppsc.up.nic.in and check the “Important Alerts” section.
- In this section, look for the “Download Admit Card for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Prelim Examination-2022” link and click the same if available.
- Thereafter, a new page will be displayed on your computer screen comprising some details such as Registration Number and Date of Birth etc.
- Here, you need to enter your unique registration number and DOB in the given fields
- After that, click on “Download Admit Card” button.
- Soon, IP PCS Hall Ticket will appear on your desktop.
- Now, download the admit card and take a print out of the same for future use.
UP PCS Exam Pattern
Prelims examination
The pre-exam will comprise of two papers i.e. General Studies I & General Studies II with each carrying 200 Marks. Both the papers will be objective Type in nature. There will be also a negative marking of the 1/4th mark for each wrong response given by the candidate.
Main Examination
The main exam will be comprised of 8 question paper in which first and the second question paper will be of General studies. In mains exam, the candidate will have to write three essays in the question paper of the essay writing. All the question paper in mains examination will be descriptive in nature.
