SSC CGL Admit Card will be available for download on the official website of the concerned regional office of the commission. The admit card will be supposedly released in the 1st week of April 2023, i.e. 1 week before the exam. The candidates who have successfully submitted their application will be able to download their admit card. The admit card for different tiers (Tier I, II, III, and IV) of CGL 2023 will be released separately. The candidates must keep in mind that the SSC CGL Admit Card 2022 will not be sent to them by post or any other means.
Steps to download SSC CGL Admit Card 2022-2023
- The candidates can find the link for downloading the SSC CGL admit card on the official website of the concerned regional office and the link be provided on this page also.
- The candidates will have to select the right admit card link based on their region.
- A new window will appear. The applicants will have to enter the details of their registration number, name, or date of birth in the specified columns.
- SSC CGL Admit Card 2022 will appear on the screen and can be downloaded by the candidates.
Documents to be carried along with Admit Card
The candidate must carry a valid identity proof along with the admit card on the day of exam. The following documents will be considered as valid identity proof:

- Aadhaar Card
- Identity Card issued by University/ College
- Income Tax Pan Card, etc

Issues Related to Admit Card
- Unavailability of details related to the admit card
The admit card will be released around 1 week before the date of exam. However, the related details such as time table and city/ centre of examination for each candidate will be uploaded two weeks before exam. The candidates who do not find their details on the official website of the concerned regional office one week before the commencement of the test must immediately contact the concerned Regional/ Sub Regional Office of the commission along with the proof of successful submission of their application form. The candidates who fail to do so, there are fair chances that they will not receive their admit card for the exam.
- Discrepancy in the admit card
The candidates must check all the entries of the admit card and should ensure that they are correct. In case they found any error or discrepancy in the admit card, it must be immediately communicated to the concerned authority of the Regional Office of the commission at least one week before the commencement of exam.
Exam Pattern
Here are few important highlights of CGL exam pattern:
Tier I
It will be computer-based test conducted for the duration of 1 hour. 100 questions each carrying 2 marks will be asked. There will be negative marking of 0.5 marks for each wrong answer.
