WBCS One Time Registration 2023

The online registration for WBCS 2023 has been commenced now. To apply online, follow the below stepwise instructions:

• At first, applicants need to login to their respective Dashboard by using their unique User ID and Password that has been provided to them at the time of “One Time Registration”.
• Those, who have already registered themselves earlier, are exempted from the registration process. However, they can use their previous login credential for login.
• “New candidates” have to first complete the “One Time Registration”.
• If you forget your login credentials, then it can be reset again by providing some details like User ID, Last School Attended, Mother’s Maiden Surname, and Grandfather’s Name.
• Note: The details entered by the candidate, should be the same which they have provided during One Time Registration.
• On the successful login, Exam Name with Apply Now link will be given in the dashboard.
• Click on the Apply link
• After clicking the link, examination form will be opened on your computer screen.
• Now click on “Information to Candidates” link which is available at the top of the application form, under Caution heading.
• Soon, a pdf file will be displayed which contains the details of the Advertisement and the instructions to fill up the form online.
• Follow the same instructions and complete the application fill up process.

What should I do if the online registration page is not opening immediately?

There are many factors which affect the speed of Online Registration or Application page such as Internet Speed, server down due to large number of candidates who are trying to register the application at the same time etc. Thus, if you find a lot of delay in accessing the registration or application page, then you can retry after some time gap or during off-peak hours at night.

How do I check the status of my registration?

On successful registration, a confirmation page will be generated which contains the REGISTRATION NO.” and “PASSWORD. Candidates should note down the same carefully and keep it safe for future use. If you don’t keep your Registration and password safe, you will not be allowed to download the admission certificate or Re-Print the Application form.

I didn’t get the email confirmation for my registration. What to do?

If you didn’t get the confirmation email, it means that you have not provided the correct and working email ID. Therefore, it is suggested to all the applicants to provide the correct email ID while registering them online.
