Uttarakhand public service commission has released the official notification for the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Civil Judge Exam 2022. This exam will be conducted for the recruitment of 14 vacant seats of Civil Judge (JD). The application form is likely to be released from October 2022, first week and the last date to submit the application form is October 2022, last week. The mode of application is online.

Uttarakhand Judicial Service Civil Judge Exam Application Process 2022

The aspiring candidates can follow the step by step procedure given below in order to apply for the exam.

Step – 1 One Time Registration

  • First of all, the candidates have to register themselves on the official website i.e. ukpsconline.in.
  • During one time registration process the candidates have to enter Username, Email ID and Mobile number.
  • Then, a onetime password (OTP) will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number or Email ID.
  • Now, enter the OTP received, Date of Birth, and create a password for your profile.
  • Click on “Create User” after confirming the password.

Important Instructions for One Time Registration

  • One mobile number and email id can be used only once under the One Time Registration process.
  • One candidate should create only one profile in one time registration (OTR).
  • The application of the candidates having more than one OTR will be rejected.
  • For any kind of technical help regarding the one time registration the candidates can write an email to [email protected].

Step – 2 filling online Application Form.

  • After registration, the candidates need to login to their accounts using username and password created during OTR.
  • Click on “Online Application” after logging in.
  • Click on “Click here to Apply” link.
  • Now, the candidates have to fill all the necessary educational, personal and contact details in the application form.

Step – 3 Uploading Scanned Images

  • Along with the details, the candidates have to upload the scanned images of password size photograph and signature.
  • The size of the photograph should be 3.5 cms breadth * 4.5 cms height.
  • The signature’s size should be 3.5 cms breadth * 1.5 cms height.
  • The uploaded images must be in .jpg format and must not exceed 50KB in size.

Step – 4 submitting the application form.

  • After uploading the details and scanned images, the candidates can check the preview of an application form.
  • Submit the application form after checking the preview.
  • “You have successfully submitted your application for Uttarakhand Judicial Service Civil Judge (JD) Examination – 2018” – this message will appear on your screen as soon as you submit the application form.

Application Fee

After the application form submission, the candidate can move on to the application fee payment by clicking on “Pay Now” button. The application fee for different categories will be as follows:

  • The candidates can pay the application fee in online mode using a credit card, debit card, net banking or CSC connect.

Note: The application fee once submitted will not be refunded or transfer in any case.

How to Edit Uttarakhand Judicial Service Civil Judge Application Form 2022?

The candidates can edit the submitted application form by following the steps given below:

    • Firstly, the candidates need to log in using their username and password.
    • Click on “My Account” option from the dashboard.
    • Select year and post name.
    • Edit the detail you want to change.
  • Save changes.

In case of an error in application fee payment, the candidates can cancel the application form and apply once again.

Note: The candidate should check the eligibility criteria before submitting the application form as the application fee will not be refunded in case of a cancelled application.
