How the UBI PO Examination 2022 will be conducted?
Candidates first should know about the stages of an examination as in how many stages the examination is commenced by the recruiter? The details of the stages of the examination have been given below-
- UBI PO exam 2022 will be commenced in two stages.
- The very first stage of the UBI Examination will be of written examination.
- The written examination will be of objective nature.
- Candidates, who qualify the written examination, will be asked to appear for the interview/group discussion.
- After both the stages of the UBI PO Exam 2022 are accomplished; candidates’ final result will be announced.
- Successful candidates then will be appointed on deputation in various branches of United Bank of India.
UBI PO 2022 Written exam
- The very first stage of the UBI PO Exam will be of written exam.
- The written exam will be of objective nature.
- Every question will have multiple options (viz. 4 or 5 options).
- Candidates will have to choose one correct option for the provided questions.
- Questions in the UBI PO written exam will be from different subjects.
- The subjects will be as Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English language and Comprehension, General Awareness and Current Affairs.
- The number of questions in the question paper will be 200.
- Every subject mentioned above will have 50 questions.
- One mark will be allotted to every question thus making the weightage of the question paper to 200.

Provision of Negative Marking
- Candidates will have to be attentive while solving or choosing the answer of the questions as there is a provision of negative marking in the question paper.
- Candidates’ 1/4th marks will be deducted if candidates attempt a question with the wrong answer.
- There will be 0.25 percent deduction from the weightage of the question as penalty for the wrong answer.
Interview
Candidates, who successfully qualify the written examination, will be called to appear in the interview/personality test or group discussion.
After cracking the interview test, candidate’s final result will be declared.
Candidates, who qualify both the stages of written exam and interview/GD, are called to join the United Bank of India (UBI) on deputation basis.
