UBI PO Eligibility Criteria 2022: Nationality, Qualification, Age

Union Bank of India (UBI) conducts the separate examination other than the IBPS PO Examination for the post of Probationary Officer (PO). Candidates, who want to apply for the post of PO in the union bank of India, can apply through the UBI PO Application Form 2022.

Aspirants can apply for the post of PO in UBI but before they need to ensure as whether they are eligible to apply for the post of PO in UBI. Here, candidates have been given details of all the conditions about the UBI PO Examination 2022.

Citizenship / Nationality of the Candidates

Candidates, who aspire to apply for the post of UBI PO Examination 2022:
(I) must be a citizen of India
(ii) must be subject to Nepal or
(iii) must be subject of Bhutan or
(iv) Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 to be settled permanently in India

(v) a person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India

Educational Qualification

Candidates, who want to apply for the UBI PO Exam, must have graduation in any stream from an institute or university recognized by the Parliament or State Legislature.

Age Limitation

  • Candidates’ age should be between 21 years and 30 years to be eligible to apply for the UBI PO Exam 2022.
  • An aspirant, who wants to appear in the UBI PO Exam 2022, must be born between 02/06/1992 and 01/06/2000. (‘both days included’)
  • Candidates’ of the reserved category will be provided legitimate relaxation in their upper age as per the rules set by the Parliament or by the recruiter.

  • Candidates, who want to apply for the UBI PO examination 2022 shall have to fulfill the age criteria as mentioned above.
  • Candidates of the reserved category will be provided legitimate relaxation in the upper age as per the rules set by the parliament of India.
