Telangana State Eligibility Test 2021 or TS SET 2021 is a state-level teaching eligibility test to be conducted by the Osmania University. The aim of this examination is to determine the eligibility for Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Telangana University and colleges. TS SET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility criteria to be fulfilled in order to appear for the examination are as follows:

  • The candidate must have a PG degree with at least 55% marks (without rounding off).
  • Those who are in final year of their Master degree program are also eligible.
  • There is no upper age limit to apply for the TS SET exam.
  • Candidates from BC, SC, ST, PwD, Transgender categories will get a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying exam.

TS SET Application form 2021

The application process of TS SET 2021 will take place in online mode only. Those candidates who are eligible must visit the official website in order to apply. All the necessary details regarding the application process is given below.

  • First of all, the aspirants need to visit the official website and begin the registration process.
  • After registration, a unique login credentials will be generated for all the candidates.
  • Then, the aspirants have to sign-in and fill all the required educational, personal, and contact details accurately.
  • While filling details in the application form, candidates have to provide the three choices of the exam centre cities.
  • The mobile number and email ID that the candidate provides during registration will be treated as the primary medium of communication with the candidate.
  • Apart from the images, candidates are also required to upload the scanned photograph, signature and caste / disability certificate (if any) in jpg/jpeg format only.
  • The size of the photograph and signature should be 15KB to 50 KB and 5KB to 20 KB respectively.
  • Next, the aspirants are required to pay the necessary application fee.
  • It is recommended to keep a copy of the application form submission and fee receipt safe for future requirements.

  • For OC Category Candidates: Rs. 1100/- + service charges
  • For BC-A,BC-B,BC-C,BC-D,BC-E Category Candidates: Rs. 880/- + service charges
  • SC/ST/VH/OH/HI Category Candidates:  Rs. 550/- + service charges.

Mode of payment: The application fee can be paid in online mode only i.e. Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets

TS SET 2021 Admit Card

  • After the application form submission get over, the authorities will make the admit cards available in online mode.
  • To download the admit card, candidates have to provide their registration details in the official website.
  • It is necessary for all the candidates to carry the hardcopy of an admit card at the time of the examination.
  • Along with the admit card, candidates have to carry one valid identification card (for Example: Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar-UID, Government Employer ID and Driving License)
  • No candidate will be allowed to take the exam without an Admit card or Identification card
