Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for Classes I to V
- Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam along with obtaining 50% marks (45% for OBC (Central)/OBC (State)/SC/ST). Along with that they should have either cleared or in the final year of two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Or,
- They should have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam along with obtaining 50% marks (45% for OBC (Central)/OBC (State)/SC/ST and passed or appearing in 4 years B.Ed program. Or,
- They should have passed Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam along with obtaining 50% marks (45% for OBC (Central)/OBC (State)/SC/ST and passed or appearing in two years Diploma in Education.
Eligibility Criteria for VI-VIII
- Candidates should have passed BA/B.Sc along with obtaining 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in case of OBC (Central)/OBC (State)/SC/ST) and passed or appearing in two years D.El.Ed. Or,
- They should have passed B.A./B.Sc. along with securing 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in case of OBC (Central)/OBC (State)/SC/ST) and cleared or appearing in the final year of 1 or 2 year B.Ed program.
STET 2021 Application Form
All eligible candidates, who are willing to apply for STET exam 2021, can apply in online mode from the official website of exam conducting authority. They should keep in their mind that there are no any other ways to apply for STET. Please complete the application procedure before the timeline intimated by the authority.
Candidates have to make payment of Rs.400/- as application fee. The amount should be paid through the prescribed method only.
Exam Pattern
- There will be 150 objective type questions asked in the exam.
- The exam doesn’t contain negative marking.
- The authority needs to provide the correct answers of questions on OMR sheet only.

Admit Card
The authority will issue the admit card of all successfully registered candidates in the month of February 2021. It will be sent to candidates through post only. If you didn’t get your admit card then you must inform the authority as soon as possible. We’ll update you with date of sending the admit card according to the notification released by the exam conducting authority.
Selection Process
Selection of candidates would completely depend upon the performance of candidates in Paper 1 and Paper II exam.
