OPTCL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to fulfill some of the norms of the recruitment process which have been explained below:

• Candidates need to be the citizen of India.
• Inaddit5ion to that, the candidates must have the residence in the state of Odisha to be eligible to take the reservation benefits.
• Candidates should possess Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
• In addition to the other category o0f the vacancies, candidates need to have qualified the Full-time PG Degree/Diploma of two years duration in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations and Labour welfare/ HRD/ HRM/ PM & IR/ MBA with specialization in HRD or Personnel Management from a recognized University/ Institution.
• The age of the applicants must be between 21 years and 32 years.
• The applicants of the SC and ST category and the women candidates will be offered the age relaxation of up to 5 years.
• In the case of the PWD candidates, the upper age relaxation will be 10 years.
