Eligibility criteria

Aspirants should satisfy the NIRDPR eligibility criteria for Upper Division Clerk and LDC/Typist posts before applying. NIRDPR Eligibility for the said posts viz. qualifications, age, experience, and scale of pay are as follows:

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

Age limit

  • For direct recruitment, the age limit will be 35 years.
  • There will be no age bar for departmental applicants.

Educational qualification

  • Candidate should be graduated from a recognized University.
  • Applicants must possess at least five years experience in any Government Office/Undertaking or an Autonomous Body with Knowledge of Government rules regulations and office procedure.
  • The required Typewriting Speed is 25 w.p.m.

Salary offered

Rs.5200-20200 (approx) +Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-

LDC/Typist

Age criteria

  • The age of candidate should be between 18 and 27 years
  • Relaxation up to 40 years for Government servants will be given as per the norms issued by the Central Government.

Educational requirement

  • Candidates who completed 12th class or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University are eligible to apply.
  • The required typing speed in English will be 30 w.p.m. or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on the manual typewriter.

                      OR

  • Candidates having a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer can also apply.

Salary offered

Rs.5200-20200 plus 1900/- Grade Pay

The NIRDPR application process for the Upper Division Clerk and LDC/Typist posts will be completely online. No offline applications from in any other format will be accepted by the authority.
