Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge Exam 2022: Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPC) officially announces the notification through the official website inviting applications to fill the vacancies for the post of civil judges. The civil judges who are recruited by the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPC) are appointed in the subordinate/district courts of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge Application Form 2022
- Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge Application Form will be available on the official website of the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPC) which is ‘jkpsc.nic.in’.
- Candidates need to fill all the required details in the application form.
- There will be an application fee of 1005 for all the candidates of the general category.
- The candidates of the reserved category such as SC and ST category will pay the application fee of Rs. Rs. 505.
- The application fee can be paid thru the credit card, debit card or net banking.
- After making the payment of the application fee candidates can submit the application form.
- Candidates need to take the printout of the application form with the registration number for the future reference.
Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge Eligibility Criteria
There are some parameters which Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPC) has set for the candidates to be eligible to apply for the recruitment of Civil Judge:
- Candidates must have the permanent residence in the state of the Jammu & Kashmir.
- Candidates should possess Bachelor of Law of University/ Barrister of England Barrister of England or Northern Ireland or a member of the faculty of Advocates in Scotland or any other equivalent bachelor degree in law recognized by the Government of India.
- Candidates’ age should be between 18- 35 years as on 01-01-2022.
- The candidates of the reserved category such as SC and ST will be offered the relaxation in the upper age.
Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge Exam Pattern
- Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge will be selected on the basis of the written exam and the interview.
- Candidates will have to appear in the preliminary examination first.
- After the commencement of the pre-examination, candidates will have to appear in the main examination.
- The candidates, who qualify the pre-examination, will only be eligible to appear in the main examination.
- After the commencement of the written exam (pre and mains), successful candidates will be called to appear in the interview.
Jammu & Kashmir Civil Judge Exam Admit Card 2022
- Candidates will be issued the admit card after the successful submission of the application form.
- The admit card shall have the details about the examination date, timing, the duration of the question paper and the venue of the exam.
- Besides all, candidates will be required to take the admit card at the exam center and if do not do so, will not be allowed to enter in the exam hall.

- The result of the examination will be announced separately for the pre-exam, main exam, and interview.
