HP TET Application Form 2021- Apply Online, Form Direct Link

HP TET Application Form 2021 has been released on 24th May 2021 at its official website and the candidates can fill their form in online mode. After submitting all the details in the application form, you will have to submit it online. You also need to send the hard copy of the application form to the HP Board of School Education. Only submit your application if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the test. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/ her application reaches the board in time.

HP TET Eligibility Criteria 2021

Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria should submit their HP TET Application Form 2021. If, at any stage, the candidate is found to be ineligible, his/ her candidature will be cancelled. The following is the eligibility criteria for different courses:

  • TGT Arts: BA/ B.Com with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed or senior secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-year B.A.Ed/ B.El.Ed
  • TGT (Non-medical): B.Sc (NM) with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed or senior secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-year B.Sc(NM).Ed/ B.El.Ed
  • TGT (Medical): B.Sc (Medical) with 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed or senior secondary with minimum of 50% marks and 4-year B.Sc(Medical).Ed/ B.El.Ed
  • Shastri: Shastri with at least 50% marks
  • Language Teacher: BA with at least 50% marks with the selected language as a specific subject and 1-year B.Ed

Steps to fill the HP TET Application Form 2021

The application form HP TET is made available on the official website www.hpbose.org. If you have ensured your eligibility criteria for the test, then follow these 4 simple steps to fill your HP TET Application Form 2021.

Step 1:

Click on the ‘Register’ tab present on the official website to obtain the application form. In the application form, you will have to provide the following details:

  • Select the subject in which you want to appear (TGT Arts/ Medical/ Non Medical/ Shastri/ LT/ JBT/ Punjabi/ Urdu)
  • Candidate’s Full Name, Father’s/ Mother’s Name as in matriculation certificate ( Do not use Mr. Miss, Mrs., Km.)
  • Date of Birth as in matriculation certificate
  • Contact/ Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Category (Gen/ SC/ ST/ OBC)
  • Subcategory
  • Sex (Male/ Female)
  • Appearing Status
  • Nationality
  • Full Address (Permanent and Correspondance)
  • Bonafide Himachali (Yes/ No)
  • District/ Revenue Sub Division
  • Preference regarding the Exam Centre

After providing all these details correctly, click on the ‘Save’ button. After successful submission of data into the form, an application number will be generated. This application number will be used to complete the remaining steps of the application process and will also be required for all future correspondence. You will be able to take a printout of the system generated application number through the printout option will be available on the website itself.

To complete the remaining steps, you will have to login to your account using the application number and your date of birth.

Step 2:

Click on the ‘Sign In’ tab to login to your account. The next step will be uploading of scanned copies of your photograph and signature. The specification of the files to be uploaded is given below:

Step 3:

Next step will be the submission of application fee. The application fee payment can be done in online mode using credit card/ debit card. The application fee for General and its sub-category candidates (except PPH) will be Rs. 800/- and for the OBC/ SC/ ST/ PPH category candidates it will be Rs. 500/-. After the payment of application fee, the application form can be finally submitted. Before submission, check all the entered details and sign the declaration.

Step 4:

In the next and last step, you will have to take a printout of your application form. On the printout of the form, paste a passport size photograph on the form (do not use stapler). The photograph should be the same as the one uploaded in the form in scanned format. Put your signature in the form and send it to the S.O (Departmental Examination Branch), HP Board of School Education, Dharamshala (Kangra)-176213 by post or submit it directly at the counter of the Board office.

Important Notes

  • Make sure to check all the details entered into the HP TET Application Form 2021 before the final submission.
  • After final submission of the online application, no further correction will be allowed in the information provided.
  • Do not wait till the last date of the form submission. The board will not take any responsibility if your application does not reach in time.
  • Late applications will not be accepted.
  • Application forms through fax/ post will not be accepted and no information regarding this will be communicated to the candidates.
  • Do not try to submit multiple applications as they are liable for cancellation.
