Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants who have done Post Graduation in any stream with no less than 55% marks, from any recognized university or other institutions are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have passed graduation in any stream with no less than 60% marks, from any recognized university or other institutions can also apply.

 Age Limit

The age of candidate should not be more than 28 years as on 01.01.2022 (applicants should be born on or after 01.01.1994).

Experience

Applicants should possess a minimum of 1-year experience in Clerical / Officer Cadre in prescribed co-operative / commercial banks as on specified date.

• To Fill and submit applications online, open the Federal Bank official website link i.e. www.federalbank.co.in
• Navigate to “Careers” section and then click “Apply Online” button under “Recruitment process for the post of Probationary Officer” available in the ‘Careers’ page.
• Fill in the important details as asked in the online application form carefully.
• After filling up details required in the online application form, candidates can proceed to documents uploading.
• They have to upload the scanned image of photograph & signature as per given specifications.
• Thereafter, click on “Submit” button for proceeding towards the online payment gateway. Applicants should make the requisite payments as prescribed by the bank for the post of Probationary Officer.

Examination Pattern

The duration of exam will be 90 minutes. For each incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total. The entrance test will consist of following sections:

Selection Process

Selection of candidates will be strictly based on Aptitude Test, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be determined by the Bank. The bank will only invite the shortlisted candidates for second stage of selection process including Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI).

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Aptitude Test. The Federal Bank keeps the right to call only the mandatory number of applicants for group discussion and personal interview, after short-listing as above said.
