BSNL JTO Recruitment Through GATE It is most expected that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will release the application form for JTO recruitment through GATE 2018 in the month of March 2018, however the official notification is yet to be released in this regard. The company hires Junior Telecom Officers (JTO) in the disciplines of Electronics, Telecom, Electrical, Computer Science, Radio, Information Technology, Instrumentation Engineering on the basis of their performance in GATE 2018. Nationality Criteria

Only Indian nationals are permitted to apply.

Minimum Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have completed BE/BTech or its equivalent in Electronics/Telecom/Computer/Radio/Electrical/Information Technology/Instrumentation Engineering or M.Sc in Electronics or Computer Science.
• Candidates, who have qualified GATE with EC/CS/IN/EE, are permitted to apply.

Age Criteria

The lower and upper age limit of a candidate should be 18 years and 30 years respectively as on 31^st January Relaxation in the upper age will be provided in the following way:

• SC/ST- Upto 5 Years;
• OBC- Upto 3 years;
• OBC-PWD: upto 13 years;
• SC/ST-PWD: upto 15 years;
• OC-PWD: upto 10 years;
• Ex-servicemen: According to the Central Govt. norms;
• Employees of BSNL: upto 5 years;

How to Apply Online for BSNL JTO Recruitment  

Applications, submitted in online mode, will be considered valid for the BSNL JTO recruitment through GATE 2018. The most expected date of availability of the BSNL JTO online application form is March 2018. Candidates have to fill up the application form very carefully by making genuine entries only. Now, talking about the application fee, a candidate has to pay the amount of Rs.500/- for GEN/OBC and Rs.300/- for SC/ST. Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates will be purely based on their performance in GATE exam.
• The final merit will be prepared by the authority based on candidates’ performance in GATE exam.

• In case a candidate does not qualify the pre-appointment training in the first attempt then he/she will be given the second chance.
