Eligibility Criteria
Interested applicants are advised to read carefully YSP University PhD Admission 2022 eligibility criteria and other details before submitting the application form. Candidates who fail to meet the required eligibility conditions will not be allowed to appear in the admission process.
Candidates who have done masters or M.Phil degree with research component in concerned discipline from a recognized university under UGC system of education with minimum OGPA of 6.50/10.00 or its equivalent under course credit system or with minimum of 65% marks (60% in case of SC/ST and In-service candidates) under annual/semester system are eligible to apply.
YSP University PhD Application Form: How to Apply?
Candidates can obtain the application from the office of the Registrar, Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, (Nauni) Solan, Himachal Pradesh-173230 on payment of Rs 1000/- via in cash at counter or by sending bank draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller of this university worth Rs 1050/- (Rs 800/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST category) payable at State Bank of Patiala, Nauni or UCO Bank, Nauni
The application form can also be downloaded from the university website i.e. www.yspuniversity.ac.in and enclosed with a bank draft worth Rs 1000/- (Rs 750/- for candidates from SC/ST category).
The applicants seeking admission should attach copies of all the important certificates with the admission form.
They also have to carry their original transcript of academic record and the copy of the thesis/ degree/ PDC submitted in incomplete completion for the award of qualifying degree at the time of counseling.
No separate intimation letter will be issued for attending the counseling.
