West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education is the autonomous body that is administered by the state government for regulating and monitoring the activities of the examinations and education conducted for standard 12^th of West Bengal of India. The examination for class 12^th standard is called Uchyaa Madhyamik of Higher Secondary examination. The examination is conducted annually all over the state of West Bengal.

The examination is conducted for Higher Secondary level which is also known as Pre-University Examination.  The examinations are conducted annually all over the state of West Bengal and its affiliates elsewhere located in the country of India.
