PUBDET & PUMDET 2022- The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board conducts common entrance test for aspirants seeking admission to three-year B.A. /B.Sc. (Honours) course (PUBDET) and two-year M.A. / M.Sc. course (PUMDET) offered by Presidency University. Eligibility Criteria
PUBDET Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed the higher secondary examination (10+2 system) from the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal or its equivalent test, not earlier than 2021, are permitted to apply.
PUMDET Eligibility Criteria
Candidates having B.A. (Hons)/B.Sc. (Hons) qualification, not obtained before 2021, are permitted to apply. Appearing candidates may apply.
How to Apply for PUBDET & PUMDET 2022 Online?
- Interested aspirants first need to visit the official portal of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board i.e. wbjeeb.in.
- Now follow the links as <EXAMINTIONS>-< PUBDET/PUMDET >-<Online Application>.
- Now first complete the registration formalities by providing few basic inputs such as date of birth, name, gender, email id and mobile number etc. Do not put any wrong inputs.
- During the registration process, candidates also need to choose a log-in ID and password.
- Now use that login credentials and get access to your application form.
- Upload necessary documents such as signature, photograph, age proof and mark sheets of following sizes:
- Select the examination zones.
- Submit the fee in online mode by using net banking, credit/ debit cards or in offline mode by using e-challan. Applicants will have to pay Rs. 310/- as application fee.
- As a final point, you need to submit your form after inserting payment details and obtain the confirmation page.

WBJEEB PUBDET & PUMDET 2022 Admit Card
All applicants can obtain the admit card on the notified date from the official portal. On the day of the exam, candidates need to bring admit card along with one of their identity proofs. In case your admit card gets mutilated/ distorted/ soiled then you won’t be allowed to appear in the exam. Along with that candidates also need to keep this document preserve till the admission process gets accomplished.

Result and Counselling
