WBJEE JECA 2022 application form has been released online on 25th January 202: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEE) is the respective authority which conducts WBJEE JECA every year. WBJEE JECA 2022 is a written entrance examination conducts for admission to MCA courses in various reputed Government/Private institutions situated in the state of West Bengal.

For the year 2022, the WBJEE JECA exam date has been announced. Interested and eligible candidates should submit their WBJEE JECA 2022 online application form before the deadline i.e. 1st February 2022 up to 6:00 pm. Basic conditions

• Indian nationals can apply for the exam.
• Candidate should hold the domicile certificate of West Bengal.
• There is no provision of age limit.

For WBJEE JECA, the State of West Bengal follows any of the following modules of eligibility criteria. There are four modules as listed below:

Module 1:

Applicants should possess the 3-years Bachelor degree program from UGC recognized University with minimum of 60% marks in Honours/Aggregate (45% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST category) or should have AICTE recognized BCA degree from any University/Institute with obtaining minimum of 60% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST category) in Mathematics at the Bachelor’s level.

Moreover, applicants need to achieve no less than 60% marks (45% marks for candidates from SC/ST category) in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognized Boards with minimum of 60% marks (45% marks in case of candidates from SC/ST category) in Mathematics at each level.

Module 2:

Candidates should hold Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3-years duration recognized by UGC and/or AICTE. They must pass the qualifying examination with scoring minimum of 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates from ST/ SC/OBC-A/OBC-B category) at graduation level.

Applicants should study Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or graduate level.

Module 3:

Candidates with having a graduation or equivalent degree under (10+2+3) scheme in any stream of a UGC recognized University/Institute or AICTE recognized B.E./B.Tech/BCA of a University/Institute are eligible to apply for the exam.

Aspirants must have Mathematics as important subject at each level of education.

Applicants should obtain no less than 60% marks (45% marks in case of candidates from SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B category) at each level education.

Module 4:

Candidates should have done B.Sc. Honours degree under (10+2+3) scheme in any stream of a UGC recognized University/Institute with scoring no less than 60% marks in Honours/Aggregate (45% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBCA/OBC-B category) along with minimum of 55% marks in Mathematics.

Applicants needs to achieve minimum of 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognized Boards with no less than 60% marks in Mathematics at each level.

WBJEE JECA 2022 Application Form: How to apply?

Interested and eligible candidates can fill their application form for MCA admission online through the official website of board. The authority will release the online application for WBJEE JECA 2022 soon. The aspirants can follow the below instruction in order to fill the form.

• Visit the official website of the conducting authority.
• After that, follows the link Examination < JECA <online application
• Now, candidates have to register themselves. On successful registration an application number and password will be given to the candidates. Candidates should keep these login credentials safe for future use.
• Fill the mandatory fields in the application form with correct details as per given format.
• Upload the scanned copies of photograph, signature, and other documents as per the specifications.
• Candidates need to pay certain amount as necessary application fee for the successful completion of application process.

Application fee

Candidates have to submit Rs 600/ plus service charges as required application fee.

They can pay the fee either through online mode including Debit / Credit Card/Net Banking or via offline mode including bank challan.

WBJEE 2022 Examination Pattern

Admit card

Applicants, who registered successfully, can download their Admit card from official website of Board as per the schedule. Candidates should bring the downloaded copy of their admit card along with a photograph while coming to the examination center.

Result

The conducting body i.e. WBJEE Board will announce WBJEE JECA 2022 result at its official website. The Board will prepare a merit list based on candidate’s marks in the entrance test and published the same on its official website.

Counselling

The authority will invite the applicants who successfully qualify the entrance test for counseling process. Shortlisted listed candidates are needed to fill the counseling form and attend the counseling in person. They need to carry required educational documents and other certificates as listed in the brochure in original while coming for the counseling process.
