University of Kashmir M.Pharm Admission: Applications will be invited by the University of Kashmir from the eligible candidates for admission to the two-years M.Pharm programme for the academic year 2021-22 at Main Campus, University of Kashmir. Aspirants who are seeking admission to M.Pharm courses at the University of Kashmir for the upcoming session can apply as per prescribed schedule.

Below, we are providing the tentative schedule for University of Kashmir M.Pharm admission 2022. All the admission dates provided in the below table are tentative and subject to change as per the university’s discretion.  We will update the actual dates here on this page after the release of official notification.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for M.Pharm courses at the University of Kashmir should satisfy the necessary eligibility criteria before applying. The details of University of Kashmir M.Pharm admission are provided below.

• Candidate must have done Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from the University of Kashmir or any other Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC scoring the minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for candidates belonging to reserved categories) in aggregate.
• Candidate must have qualified GPAT.
• However, the Non-GPAT eligible candidates can also submit Application Form for admission to the programme. But, they have to appear in the entrance test conducted by the university.

University of Kashmir M.Pharm Application form: How to apply?

The university will release the application form through online mode probably in the month of June 2022. To fill the M.Pharm admission application form, candidates need to visit the official website of the university. The interested and eligible candidates can follow the below steps for filling their online Application Forms.

1. Go to the official website of university i.e. www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in. Now click on Link “Admissions 2021” (appeared after official notification).
2. Candidates first read all Important Instructions for Registration and Submission of application form carefully before proceeding further.
3. Applicants are needed to register themselves before doing the Online Application Form.
4. On successful Registration, you must log in to your computer for submitting On-line Application Form. Candidates are advised to keep safe their registration id and password for future use.
5. Enter your Registration Number and press the Search button.
6. Now, here you pick the programme in which you want to get enrolled.
7. Upload your recent passport size Photograph and specimen signature in given fields.
8. Remit the Entrance Test Fee of Rs.600/+ Rs.10/- Bank service charges by Online mode or against the Bank Pay-in-Slip generated with the Application Form, in any of the selected branches of the J&K Bank Ltd. across the Country.

Submission of Hardcopy

Once you’ve submitted the online application form, you must take the print of submitted application form and submit the same along with required documents in the Department of Pharmaceutical Science University Campus Hazratbal and get a receipt for the record.

Selection Process

Candidates will be admitted to various branches of the M.Pharm programme on the basis of their merit prepared on valid GPAT percentile score and will have given preference in admission.

However, if the numbers of GPAT qualified applicants are less than the intake capacity, the University will offer the leftover seats to Non-GPAT candidates. Such applicants will get admission on the basis of scores/merit obtained in the entrance test conducted by the university.
