ULSAT Application Form

I’d like to intimate to all ULSAT aspirants that its application form is available now Candidates willing to appear in this exam they have to fill up and submit the form according to the deadline notified by the exam conducting authority.

Candidates can obtain the form in online as well as offline mode. In offline mode the form can be obtained from the designated centres located at Dehradun and Delhi. Before start applying please ensure that you are eligible as per the norms prescribed by exam conducting authority.

Important Highlights

• The mode of availability of application form is both i.e. online as well offline.
• Candidates can register themselves in online mode by providing their email ID and other related information.
• In case you are interested to apply in offline mode then you need to obtain the form in OMR format from the designated counters located at Dehradun and Delhi.
• After applying online you’ll receive a login ID and password which will be further used to fill up the form.
• If you are applying online then you also need to upload your photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Application Fee: Rs.1750/- (For Online mode) & Rs.1850/- (For Offline mode).
• The filled-in application along with demand draft of requisite amount needs to be sent to the address mentioned below:

Instructions to Apply Online

Please keep following documents ready before you apply for ULSAT:

• Signature and Photograph;
• Class 10th Marks-sheet and Passing Certificate;
• Caste certificate;

If aforesaid documents are ready then you may proceed to apply online in following way:

• Click the official website link of ULSAT (The link will be provided after release of similar notification officially);
• Now complete the registration process by using your name, email ID, mobile number and other related information.
• Post completion of the registration process, you’ll receive your login ID and password in your mail inbox.
• Now apply online by entering your personal and academic information.
• Then prepare a demand draft of Rs.1750/- from any recognized bank and collect the demand draft transaction number.
• Click the submit button.
• Take two printouts of your duly filled application form.
• Send one copy of the application form along with demand draft to the address mentioned below:

Application Fee: Rs.1750/-

Candidates need to remit the fee via a demand draft which should be drawn in favour of ‘UPES Fee Account’ payable at Dehradun/Delhi.
